Committed Club Credit Terms

CrossFit Inner Loop (“CFIL”) issues promotional store credits (“Credits”) as prizes and awards in connection with the Committed Club program and other member promotions. By redeeming a Credit you accept these terms.

  1. No purchase necessary. Credits are awarded at no cost as prizes or recognition. They are not purchased, and no payment or other consideration is given for them.
  2. Redemption. Credits may be redeemed only at the CFIL Swag Store at store.crossfitinnerloop.com, toward the total of a qualifying order, including shipping and applicable tax. Enter the Credit code at checkout in the “Discount code or gift card” field.
  3. Expiration. Each Credit expires at the end of the calendar month in which it is awarded,  on the date stated in the award email, after which any unused balance is void and cannot be reinstated, extended, or replaced. Because Credits are promotional awards given without payment, they are not subject to the expiration restrictions that apply to purchased gift cards.
  4. No cash value. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and will not be refunded in whole or in part, except where required by law.
  5. Not transferable. Credits are issued to a specific individual and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, traded, auctioned, or given to another person. CFIL may void any Credit it reasonably believes has been transferred or obtained improperly.
  6. Partial use. If an order total is less than the Credit balance, the remaining balance stays on the Credit until its expiration date. Remaining balances are not paid out and do not roll over past expiration.
  7. Excess order value. If an order total exceeds the Credit balance, the difference is payable by the recipient at checkout.
  8. Lost or stolen. CFIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or undeliverable Credit codes and is under no obligation to replace them. Treat your code like cash.
  9. Returns. Orders paid for with a Credit are subject to the store's standard return policy. Items are printed on demand and are not returnable or exchangeable for size or change of mind; damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced at no charge when reported within 14 days of delivery. Any refund permitted under that policy will be issued as store credit, not cash.
  10. Taxes. The recipient is responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a prize.
  11. Program changes. CFIL may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Committed Club program and its promotional credits, and may amend these terms, at any time. Changes do not affect the expiration date or value of a Credit already issued.
  12. Void where prohibited. Credits are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
