Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the CFIL Swag Store at store.crossfitinnerloop.com, operated by Chaiks Fitness, LLC, doing business as CrossFit Inner Loop ("CFIL", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to order. If you are under 18, order only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Orders and acceptance

Adding an item to your cart and checking out is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it in full, if an item is unavailable, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud or abuse.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping or tax, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Print on demand

Every item is produced for your order after you place it. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced. See the Return and Refund Policy for the full rules.

Printed products can vary slightly from the on-screen mockup in color placement and print position. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy, including the section on international customs and duties.

Committed Club credit

Store credit awarded through the Committed Club program is governed by the Committed Club Credit Terms at store.crossfitinnerloop.com/pages/credit-terms. In short: credit expires at the end of the month it is awarded, has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be replaced if lost. The full terms control.

Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter at checkout, including your shipping address. See the Shipping Policy for what we can and cannot fix after an order is placed.

Intellectual property

All CFIL names, logos, artwork, and designs in this store belong to Chaiks Fitness, LLC. Buying an item does not give you any right to reproduce, resell, or otherwise commercially use the design.

Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store and its products are provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you place an order governs that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
